At Furatek, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If something is not right with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible clothing items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

- Unworn

- Unwashed

- Unaltered

- Free from stains, odors, perfume, deodorant marks, pet hair, or signs of use

- Returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging where applicable

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or only partially refunded.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns for:

- Underwear

- Socks

- Swimwear with removed hygiene seals

- Items marked as final sale

- Gift cards

- Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or used

This does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

- Your order number

- A clear description of the issue

- Photos of the item

- Photos of the packaging, if relevant

If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the situation.

How to Start a Return

Please include your order number and reason for return.

Do not send any item back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If the return is due to our error, we will provide return instructions and may cover the return shipping cost where applicable.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Furatek is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping fees may not be refundable unless required by applicable law or the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size, color, or style, please return the eligible item and place a new order.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after approval, please first check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
