Returns

We only accept returns for items that arrive:

- Damaged

- Defective

- Incorrect (wrong item received)

We do not accept returns for:

- Change of mind

- Buyer’s remorse

- Products that were not as expected

- Preference-based dissatisfaction

- Incorrect orders placed by the customer

- Items that have been used, opened, or altered

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, you must:

- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

- Provide your order number

- Provide clear photo evidence showing the issue

- Ensure the item has not been used (unless defective by nature)

Requests submitted without sufficient evidence may not be approved.

How to Report an Issue

To report a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact:

Please include:

- Your order number

- Description of the issue

- Clear photos of the item and packaging

Do not return any item without prior approval from our support team.

Approved Resolutions

If your claim is approved, Furatek may, at our discretion:

- Send a replacement item

- Issue a partial refund

- Issue a full refund

Return Shipping

If a return is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Furatek will provide return instructions.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

- Processing typically takes 5–10 business days

Bank or payment provider processing times may vary.
